Are you stuck in a food rut and have a hard time switching to healthier eating habits? If you do, lasting changes to how you want to eat, must Have a plan. Follow these steps to change an unhealthy behavior to a healthy, type:

1. It lists your behavior that you think unhealthy. For example, maybe you eat too fast, or eat a snack throughout the day instead of eating regular meals, or if you are under stress.

2. Choose a behavior that you want to change. (Trying to change everything on your list at once overwhelming.)

3. How do you think on strategies for change, try to find out how to develop the behavior. For example, you tend to snack throughout the day, because you're constantly under stress are?

4. Brainstorm on ways to change your behavior. Five or seven possible solutions. Then choose a strategy that you think is practical and feasible. For example, choose a healthy habit that can substitute for an unhealthy book.

5. Find out a way to your new Conduct easy to do. For example, can choose what they eat more fruit? Maybe you can ensure that a well-stocked bowl still on the kitchen table.

6. Identification of obstacles, which may provide in its path. What conflicts may interfere with your strategy? What plans do you can work around the possible Obstacles?

7. Set a date when you want to change your goal you can reach your behavior and routine. Set a comfortable pace of change.

8. If you can reach the target date, evaluate your success. What worked and what did not? What would you do differently?

9. Consider you need to do to get to your new approach to food. Think about what you need to do to make your healthy behavior to a constant.

10. When you are finished, choose another behavior that you want to change and start the process.
